A majority of our builds are from clients out of town!  We understand the strain of traveling and that it is not always feasible to meet consistently.  Depending on how frequently you feel comfortable visiting, we will tailor a schedule of meetings to your needs.  There are, however, specific/critical times we will need to meet in person.

Nothing! You will pay for your plans upon completion. Once you sign a formal contract with us, we will comp you the cost of the plans. This is one of the benefits of building with us, your house plans are free!

We do not require any deposit or money down. 

That’s ok!  We budget the selections with an allowance.  As long as we shop for selections within that allowance, that will help us still stay within budget without having a selection finalized in the beginning.
