Discovery meeting
Whether you already have land or are still figuring things out, this session is our chance to listen and learn. We’ll answer your questions, talk through timelines and budgets, and help you understand how we work. You’ll also have the chance to tour a current or completed project. This step is all about making sure we’re the right fit — for both sides.
Design & planning kickoff
If you have plans, great. If not, we’ll guide you through choosing one of ours or creating a custom set with a designer. We’ll also dive into your wish list, style preferences, and must-haves — giving us a sense of how to bring your vision to life, while keeping your budget in check.
Site & feasibility work
Before construction, we dig into the details — literally. That means doing soil testing, site clearing, utility assessments, or anything else that might impact the build. During this phase, we’ll sign a preliminary agreement so we can begin working through any unknowns that could affect cost, design, or logistics.
Final selections & cost
Now it’s time to make key selections — fixtures, finishes, layouts, and priorities. We’ll use your input to finalize your construction proposal and draft your formal contract. If you’re using financing, this is the point where your lender will need the documents to move forward.
Break ground
With your financing secured and plans approved, we’ll pull permits, finalize schedules, and prep the site. Once construction begins, we’ll keep you updated with regular site visits, builder check-ins, and project milestones. We don’t just build a house — we build trust, one conversation at a time.
